How we work with you to create your dream home.

Step 1: Get in Touch
We understand that your time is valuable, so we will promptly phone you to book a no-obligation meeting. In addition, we will send through an email questionnaire for you to complete containing questions that help get us on the same page with the vision you have for your dream home and gives us a background of your project ideas. This ensures our first meeting runs smoothly, efficiently, and covers everything.

Step 2: Discovery Meeting
Our general manager/director will meet with you in person to discuss your project further. This will allow us to go through the questionnaire in more detail, ask further questions, and document any important needs and requirements. At this meeting, please have available any ideas, sketches, concept or developed plans; even bring your architect. This way, we can start to narrow down and create a pathway forward by discussing timelines and general scope to move to the costing/estimating phase.

Step 3: Research and Costing
After the discovery visit, our team researches materials and finishes and works out costings. A few days later, we will send you a detailed proposal - giving you our suggestions and options for materials and finishes and an estimate of the costs involved. The proposal is the starting point in ensuring that you get exactly what you want from your project. You may be happy with it from the start or we may need further discussions and a number of revisions before you are happy that the proposal delivers exactly what you want.

Step 4: Detailed Fixed Price Quote
When you are happy, we will turn the proposal into a detailed fixed price quote. However if unforeseen problems arise during the insulation we will inform you and a discussion will take place before proceeding and a new updated quote will be produced for your approval.

Step 5: Scheduling and Preparation
If you like our quote and decide to book, we will schedule your project at a time that works for you within our availability. When we have agreed on the timings, we will send you a payment schedule, a material delivery schedule, our project plan, and the contract to be signed. Once everything is agreed, we will get to work behind the scenes to organize every aspect of your project.

Step 6: Regular Updates
While you wait for us to be ready to start your project, we will keep you regularly updated and will even help to check your major materials when they are delivered. A few days before we are due to start your project, we will confirm the exact day and time.

Step 7: Home Care and Respect Guarantee
We know that home improvements can be disruptive and messy. Therefore, as soon as we start, we will take steps to protect your home and belongings in line with our Home Care and Respect Guarantee. As the work progresses, we will keep you regularly informed about how we are doing against our project plan including photo updates. This is convenient if you are away on holiday during the time work is being completed as you can see the progress that is being made daily.

Step 8: Quality Control and Handover
When we have finished, we check our work against our multi-point quality control checklist. When you are happy, you sign off the work, and we present you with your welcome pack containing any certificates, product guarantees, and instructions. We also present our final bill at this stage.
