Andy, the founder of Local Property Guru. Has over 25 years of experience in home improvements and renovations. He is an experienced Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom installer.

He has completed projects of all sizes in all types of properties

Louis has been working with the business for two years now while training to become an electrician. He has developed a multitude of skills during his time ranging from laying floors, tiling, plastering to painting and plumbing skills.

Catherine is our part time administrator. She is very organised and works hard to keep all our lovely customers informed about their projects. She makes sure that we turn up in the right places with the right materials.

She is also an experienced painter and decorator and, with her arts background, has a keen eye for interior design.

Our family team is able to handle all aspects of your home improvement or repair.

You don’t need to book lots of different skilled workers to renovate your bathroom or kitchen, we cover it all from plumbing and electrics to tiling and decorating, we can even help you with your design and ideas if you wish.
